CyberPsych was incorporated in 2019 to provide bespoke assessment and competency management services to the cybersecurity sector. It includes a team of professionally qualified practitioners (each with between 20 to 40-years’ experience) and who bring together a range of unique initiatives and projects within Cybersecurity and specifically Cyber Talent Attraction, Identification, Assessment, Learning and Development.

Together the team have worked across of wide range of industries globally – specifically Energy (Neste, SASOL), Automobile Manufacturing (Toyota, Jaguar Land Rover), FMCG Manufacturing (Nestle, Jacobs), Banking (ABN AMRO, Barclays, ING Barings, HSBC, KCB, Rabobank,) Government (UK MOD, UK NHS, UK HMRC , DVLA etc.) and Services ( Richemont) sectors in the UK, US, Europe and MEA geographies.

Trevor has extensive experience with “large project” design and delivery of assessment projects for diverse complex organizations in both the public and private sectors. Thirty years of experience and a successful reputation for leading the development of innovative and challenging assessment solutions and products for selection and development. He has extensive experience in all aspects of assessment and development processes, including job analysis, competency framework design, exercise design and trialling, implementation and event management, quality assurance procedures, lead assessor roles, and assessor training.
All projects have delivered tangible organizational and individual workplace change and benefits. A number of the development systems developed by Trevor have been peer reviewed and have been found to select and promote candidates fairly and equitably, the implications for diversity and inclusion being a key focus.
Matt O'Sullivan
Managing Director
Matt is a consultant who develops and delivers programmes focused onthe areas of employee engagement, assessment and talent management amongst others. He has over 20 years of experience working closely with clients and their stakeholders to accurately identify their needs and develop customised solutions. He has worked extensively across different industries (e.g. automotive, banking, FMCG, real estate, government, insurance, oil, telecommunications and defence) in EMEA.
Matt builds solutions that are highly realistic and relevant as well as grounded in business psychology. He takes an analytical, responsive approach to addressing the issues and constraints the company is facing. He enjoys roles that allow for a deep understanding of how a business operates to help tackle the key challenges they face.
Matt previously worked in the fields of teaching and in-house HR before moving into consultancy. He is a qualified with the British Psychology Society for Psychometrics (Test User Ability and Personality).
